Leadership Team

Richard G. Ayoob, Senior Consultant

In 1963 Richard was honorably discharged after serving six years in the Army National Guard. Richard went on to study for three years at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice while dispatching and driving for a limousine company. With the desire to bring the industry to new levels of service, he opened his own company and began offering security drivers to high profile clients. Richard was soon driving and securing some of the most influential business executives, celebrities and dignitaries in the world. As his high net worth clientele grew, the need for personal security increased. In addition to a security driver, a personal security agent to escort these personalities was necessary. Richard arranged for transportation to be handled by his staff of security drivers comprised of off duty and retired law enforcement professionals, while he handled the personal security. Once his studies and field experience was complete Richard obtained both his New York State Private Investigators license and his New Jersey Private Detective License. He would now conduct investigations for his clientele as well. Combining Executive Transportation, Executive Protection and Private Investigations, Richard created RGA Investigations. The company flourished as a full-service company and was incorporated in 1995. To this day Richard has one of the most impressive lists of clients and careers spanning over 50 years. After retiring from the position of President in 2015, Richard remains the Senior Consultant to special projects for RGA Investigations, Inc.
